Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repretary of Kent sentatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, make copy That the prothonotary of the Superior Court of the State of ondjudgment Delaware, in and for the county of Kent, is hereby authorized and directed to make or cause to be made, a true and correct copy of the direct and reverse indexes of all judgments entered or signed in said Superior Court, from the year eighteen hundred and thirty-two, to the year eighteen hundred and seventy-five, which then remain unsatisfied of record. Levy Court to examine copy. Compensa tion. How to be used. pursuant to SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That the prothonotary shall copy or cause to be copied said indexes as aforesaid, and then after said copy shall have been made, it shall be the duty of the Levy Court to duly examine the said indexes after they have been completed, and if they approve of the execution thereof, the said copy shall become and be the said indexes. SECTION 3. And be it further enacted. That after the Levy Court shall have examined, and if they approve of the execution thereof, they shall pay to the prothonotary a just and reasonable compensation for his services, not to exceed the amount of eight hundred dollars. SECTION 4.
