Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met: SECTION I. That on and after the first day of July, A. D. 1898, no days of grace shall be allowed on notes, drafts, acceptances and bills of exchange made, drawn or accepted by any person or corporation, but the same shall be due and payable without days of grace.
